What is the SMSPup iPhone app?The SMSPup iPhone app is free to download and allows SMSPup members to send SMS for Free via their iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

Do I need to register to use the SMSPup iPhone app?There is no additional registration required for SMSPup members to use the iPhone app. Simply visit the app store and download to use the app. If you are not a SMSPup member, follow the join now link in the menu to sign-up.

Can I use the SMSPup iPhone app on all mobile devices?Currently the SMSPup mobile app is only available for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

Can I still use the regular SMSPup site on my mobile device?Yes, you can still visit and use the regular SMSPup site should you wish.

Will I be charged more SMSPup points to use the iPhone app?No, there are no additional points required to use the iPhone app. The number of points required to send an SMS is 1 SMSPup point. Please be aware that charges may be applicable from your service provider. To confirm if there are any charges, please contact your mobile service provider.

How do I know my SMS has been sent?In the iPhone app navigate to the sent message screen to view the messages that have been sent. Alternatively, you can log into www.smspup.com and select 'My Account' -> 'Event Log'. Here you can see the number the messages have been sent to.

What happens if I change my Mobile Number?To update your mobile number log into the www.smspup.com website and update your phone number in the 'My Account' section. After you have updated your details on the SMSPup website, you will then need to log out of the iPhone app and log in again with your new details.

How do I delete the SMSPup iPhone app?To delete the SMSPup iPhone app, press the SMSPup icon until an 'x' appears. Click the 'x' to remove the app.
